About the Role: Seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with an experience of 9 years in Property & Casualty insurance industry and proficiency in SQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, ensure delivery of high-quality insurance solutions and data migration activities. Requirements: Should have at least 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain. Minimum 5+ years of direct experience working with Policy, Billing and Claims systems and processes is mandatory. Must have deep understanding of P&C insurance products, terminology and regulatory requirements. Expertise in Agile/ Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Sound working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation and reporting. Experience in Duck Creek or Guidewire Policy and Billing Center or similar insurance platforms is a plus. Familiarity with policy data migration projects is a plus. #LI-KS2 #Hybrid
