Our Business Analysts sit at the heart of this – turning raw data into insights, tools, and processes that drive agency performance.

Role Overview
We’re hiring Business Analysts who love working with data, business problems, and tools. You’ll analyze use cases, crunch data, build insights, and also step into product-style work like automating workflows and testing new tools. What You’ll Do

• Analyze and clean data from multiple systems.
• Build Excel reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formatting).
• Turn numbers into insights & stories for decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and automate recurring reports.
• Research off-the-shelf tools and make recommendations.
• Use no-code apps (AppSheet, Airtable, Zapier, Power Automate) to automate workflows.
• Present findings in slides or concise memos.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, charts).
• Curious and structured problem-solver.
• Good communicator – can explain data clearly.
• Familiar with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and/or SQL/Python (plus).
• Exposure to no-code/low-code tools is a plus.

Growth Paths

• Data/Analytics → Senior Analyst → Analytics Lead
• Product → Associate Product Manager → Product Manager
• Operations → Business Ops Lead

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
