About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of analysts responsible for creating business-focused content aimed at improving AI models. The ideal candidate will combine leadership capabilities with a strong understanding of business analysis, content creation, and quality assurance processes. You will oversee the development of structured business content, including case studies, scenarios, and domain-specific documentation across sectors such as finance, policy, and e-commerce. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy leading teams, operational excellence, and shaping high-quality analytical outputs. Importantly, prior experience in AI is not required, making this role accessible to professionals from diverse backgrounds with relevant domain expertise and leadership skills.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a blend of experience, skills, and attributes, including:
- At least 2 years of experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Between 3 to 6 years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, content development, or domain-specific projects.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in working with structured file formats such as TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, and Markdown.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
- Experience in quality assurance, process refinement, and workflow management.
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week), with immediate joiners preferred.
- Bonus points for experience related to large language model (LLM) performance data, case study writing, or academic/research content development.
- Note: Prior AI experience is not a prerequisite for this role.
Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks aimed at delivering high-quality business content and managing a talented team, including:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists to achieve project objectives.
- Allocating tasks, overseeing workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with project goals.
- Conducting quality assurance reviews to maintain accuracy, consistency, and logical soundness of outputs.
- Refining processes and workflows to improve team efficiency and output quality.
- Providing regular performance feedback, facilitating training sessions, and supporting the professional development of team members.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, sharing project updates, and managing expectations.
- Guiding the creation of structured business content, including case studies, scenarios, and documentation relevant to various domains such as finance, policy, and e-commerce.
