Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/ Business Analyst - Campaign Specialist- Zeta Platform!
In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns for one of largest North American bank and their retail clients.
You will work with multiple stakeholders and teams. Attend required business meetings to understand the campaign objectives, strategy, segmentation, etc, then build campaigns using SAS / SAS CI.
Making sure campaigns are build and launched without any errors and delays.
Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain experts and bring value through disciplined campaign execution and solution management skills.
Responsibilities
. Be the primary point of contact for assigned pursuits to work with the Marketing team for campaign execution, and solutions that meet the business needs of clients
. Map the business requirement and execute campaigns using SAS / SAS CI for the respective portfolio(s)
. Work with each Service and Horizontal line (internally) to ensure campaign is executed and launched on-time & error free
. Proactively reach out to the marketing managers and highlight any process improvement, ideas and build value adds to the process and the team
## Technical Skills
1. .Zeta Platform Expertise.: In-depth knowledge of the Zeta platform, including Email Journey Builder,
Customer Strategy, Segmentation, and Targeting.
2. .Email Marketing Automation.: Understanding of email marketing automation principles, including trigger-based emails, workflows, and personalization.3. .Data Analysis.: Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.4. .Segmentation and Targeting.: Knowledge of segmentation and targeting strategies, including customer profiling, behavioral segmentation, and predictive analytics.## Banking Industry Knowledge
1. .Banking Products and Services.: Understanding of banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, and accounts.2. .Customer Communication.: Understanding of effective customer communication strategies, including tone, language, and content.## Email Content Creation
1. .Email Template Design.: Ability to design and create effective email templates that engage cardholders.2. .Content Writing.: Skill in writing clear, concise, and compelling email content that resonates with cardholders.3. .Personalization.: Knowledge of personalization techniques, including dynamic content and variable insertion
. SQL, SAS / SAS CI
. Ability to handle tasks independently and execution
. Prior experience in campaign execution process
