Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Collaborate with Business, finance, technical & Security team /stakeholders to capture and document business requirements. Analyze existing Business & financial processes and propose improvements or automation opportunities with respect to ESOP Plan Management Act as the liaison between Business, finance and technical teams for NetSuite configuration and customization. Design and support integrations between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., COMPLINK and other external systems such as bit wave, yahoo finance, google finance). Help during UAT testing, data validation, and cutover planning for feature rollout Prepare business process documentation, SOPs, and user training guides. Preferred candidate profile : MBA in Finance or related discipline. 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. Strong experience with NetSuite (finance, procurement, reporting). Good understanding of accounting principles and ERP finance modules. Familiarity with system integration techniques (APIs, ETL, middleware, etc.). Experience with stakeholder management across Business, Finance, Technical teams. Technical experience in features rollout process. Project Management aspects and collaboration expertise with various project stake holder (Internal/External) Manage client expectations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication (finance + technical) Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, organized, and business outcome-focused Note: Looking for Immediate Joiners
