Role & responsibilities

Strong knowledge of General Insurance products, especially Property & Casualty Insurance
Expertise in at least one insurance process (Quote, Policy Issuance, Finance, or Claims)
Hands-on experience with SQL and API integration
Understanding of Java, Microservices, and Web Services (preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred candidate profile

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance, and external partners) to gather and understand requirements
Lead requirement elicitation and design system solutions aligned to business needs
Define and optimize customer journeys
Coordinate with development teams on project planning, sprints, and timely deliveries
Align business priorities and drive technology-led process improvements
