Job Description

The role of Business Analyst (General Insurance) based in Chennai (Work from office) requires 2 to 7 years of experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong documentation skills in preparing BRD/FSD/CRs. - Engaging with all stakeholders/partners to ensure quick resolution of customer inquiries and requests. - Possessing in-depth process & product knowledge of Insurance products is preferred. - Being adaptable and open to change. - Prior experience in underwriting, claims, and re-insurance is necessary. - Having exposure to Technology and its knowledge is a plus. - Hands-on experience in creating wireframes is an added advantage. - Staying updated with industry developments and regulatory requirements.,
