Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.

· Support in preparing functional specifications and process documentation.

· Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure project requirements are met.

· Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas.

· Participate in client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.

· Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Quick learner with a keen interest in business processes and technology.

Preferred Skills:

· Basic understanding of business process mapping and documentation.

· Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel functions, Power BI basics, etc.) is an added advantage.

· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client-facing situations.
