4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the HR domain.
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Experience with international HR processes, especially across French-speaking regions.
Good to have Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
