They will assist Product Managers with discovery, documenting requirements, and translating business objectives into actionable software product features. The role includes supporting roadmap and backlog management, delivery execution, and cross-team collaboration. Additionally, the analyst will conduct data research and analysis and create documentation to optimize product value and alignment with strategic goals.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will:

Support Product Discovery & Requirements Gathering

Document and organize business and technical requirements gathered during discovery.

Support Digital Tool Product Managers lay the groundwork for the development of epics and
features. -
Support translating product objectives into detailed documentation, visual models, data analysis, and business use case articulation for design and architecture workshops.

Conduct data research to support productivity improvements and Quantified Business Benefit calculations to justify the development and prioritization of new features, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.

Collaborate with Product Manager, business leads, IT BA s, and others on the development of Design mockups / prototypes.

Develop and review features and user stories under the guidance of the Product Manager and in collaboration with IT BA s or other product collaborators.

Support Roadmap & Backlog Management

Assist in maintaining the product roadmap and backlog under guidance from the Product Manager.

Break down epics into detailed features and user stories; ensure clarity and completeness of requirements working with Product Manager, business leads, IT BA s, and other team members.

Support Delivery & Execution

Closely work with Product Manager, IT, and development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

Track Sprint goals and progress against achievements and call out risks or issues to the Product Manager as needed.

Assist with QA and business user acceptance testing and validation of delivered functionality.

Support Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

Develop and document a comprehensive understanding of system data architecture and integrations, encompassing both business and IT perspectives. This includes not only how data is queried or analyzed as a Data Analyst, but also how it is structured, integrated, governed, and applied across digital tools to support business goals and technical operations.

Develop metrics and tools and work with business leads and implementation collaborators in capturing product performance, usage, and adoption to identify areas for enhancement.

Support the program leadership team in developing documentation, data analysis, and post-launch research to evaluate the performance, business impact, and cost-benefit of released features, and to find opportunities for enhancement and optimization. Contribute to post-implementation reviews and ongoing product optimization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent.
- Two to four years of experience in Application Engineering or other adjacent functions, including use of CPQ tools, such as FF2.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with both business and IT collaborators.
- Experience or strong interest in digital transformation, software development, and/or data analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, user stories, and backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps.

Experience in user experience/user interface design, software testing, or working with design teams.

Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Oracle and other Emerson/FCV software platforms.

Experience with Global Project Management Office (PMO) tools and processes.

Familiarity with change management practices and tools.
