Job Title:

Job Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Work from the office in a Hybrid mode (Thrice a week is mandatory)

Experience Level: 6-12 years

Job Summary:

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis and strong experience in
Requirements gathering, Analysis, Stakeholder Management, User stories, Documentation and Workflow diagramming.
Strong domain knowledge in
Investment Banking/Finance/Asset management/Real estate with focus on Data Management/Data Products.
Experience of
creating BRD and FRDs.
Strong experience in writing
SQL queries.
Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Excel, SQL and Visio.
Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the project/program lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to articulate customized solutions to meet business requirements.
Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.
Advanced experience working with Agile/Scrum processes.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlines.
Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams.
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship management.
Problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and time management.

Education: Bachelors / Master's degree in Business, IT, Finance, Economics or related fields.
