Business Analyst cum Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand the business objectives and translate them into technical needs.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Participate in testing, user acceptance, and implementation activities.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flows.
• Maintain clear records of changes and decisions.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Help stakeholders adapt to new systems or processes.
• Provide training or create user manuals where needed.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and insights.
• Support decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution validation.
• Ability to bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in preparing BRDs, FSDs, use cases, process flows, and reports.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to support change management and provide training materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
