Jr. Backlink Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Backlink Specialist to join our SEO and digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about SEO, digital marketing, and link-building strategies , and who stays updated on Google's algorithm changes and AI-driven search results . You will assist in building high-quality backlinks , executing off-page SEO strategies , analyzing competitors, and staying ahead of search trends impacted by Google’s evolving ranking signals including Search Generative Experience (SGE) and Helpful Content Updates . Keep up with AI-driven search changes (e.g., Google's SGE), E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) , and integrate these factors into link-building strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage effective link-building strategies. Identify high-quality backlink opportunities Conduct competitor backlink analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. Monitor and evaluate backlink profiles for toxicity and quality. Report weekly/monthly performance of backlink campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on link building. Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, etc. Understanding of Google's algorithms, ranking factors, and penalties. Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based strategies. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience with international SEO and link acquisition in multiple geographies. Basic understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO.
