Location

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for lending processes.
Work on LOS/LMS enhancements, workflows, and process mapping.
Perform gap analysis, prepare BRD/FRD, and support solution design.
Coordinate with business, IT, credit, risk, and vendor teams.
Support SIT/UAT, test case preparation, and defect management.
Create process flows, user stories, and system documentation.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of retail/corporate lending lifecycle.
Hands-on LOS/LMS experience (e.g., FinnOne, LoanIQ, Temenos, etc.).
Good in requirements gathering, data analysis, and SQL (preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
