Business Analyst - Capital Market

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets and Investment Operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) like Charles River or Aladdin, and familiarity with Agile frameworks. This role involves close collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions, streamline workflows, and support platform enhancements in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team
• Gather, document, and manage requirements
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, procedures, and functions
• Work with Order Management Systems (Charles River, Aladdin, Everest)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work via Jira
• Collaborate using Git/version control systems

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficient in SQL (queries, procedures/functions)
• Experience with OMS platforms (Charles River / Aladdin / Everest)
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, Jira, and GIT

Nice to Have:

• Reporting tools: SSRS, SSIS, Power BI
• Coding exposure: Python, .NET, Java
• Experience with Azure Cloud
• Exposure to Bloomberg, SWIFT, ClearPar, CTM (Omgeo), MarketAxess
