To be successful as an AVP - Business Analyst, you will need:

Strong understanding of trading, settlement, and back-office processes within broking or financial technology.

Deep knowledge of SEBI/NSE/BSE/NSDL regulations, audits, and circulars.

Ability to bridge business requirements with technology solutions through clear documentation and collaboration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on compliance and governance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across business, risk, and IT teams.
Basic / Essential Qualifications:

Experience in broking operations, trading platforms, or financial technology.

Proven experience in managing regulatory and audit requirements.

Strong understanding of SEBI/NSE/BSE/NSDL guidelines and processes.

Hands-on experience in application lifecycle management, incident tracking, and change governance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skillsets / Good to have:

Experience with trading and settlement systems such as Nest, Dolphin, or DP Secure (or similar).
