Business Analyst

Aufait Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in enterprise portals, SharePoint, and digital transformation, is looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Calicut. This role involves bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with development, design, and QA teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
• Track project progress and communicate status to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
