Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Collaborate with the IT Team to estimate and prepare the quote, and discuss the solution with the customer.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, mockups, process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, compliance, and operations, to deliver solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvements, and recommend best practices.
• Participate in solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support in preparing project plans, tracking deliverables, and monitoring progress.
• Create and maintain documentation, including Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), user manuals, and reports.
• Assist in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document test cases, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and analysis of outcomes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and documentation techniques.
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum as well as traditional Waterfall methodologies (Software Development Life Cycle, SDLC).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA (issue and project management software), Confluence (collaboration platform), and Microsoft Visio (process mapping and diagram tool), or similar platforms.
• Domain expertise in [Finance, Information Technology (IT), Automotive, E-commerce, Compliance, or other relevant domaincustomize as needed].

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), is an advantage.
