Business Analyst and EA

Role Overview:

As the Analyst to the City Lead, you will play a key supporting role in driving strategy, performance, and operational efficiency across the citys real estate portfolio. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that blends data analysis, market research, project tracking, and tech coordination. You will work closely with the City Lead to translate insights into action, ensure adherence to internal systems, and support the city’s growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Insights & Trends

• Monitor city-level real estate trends, new project launches, price movements, buyer sentiment, and demand patterns.
• Create regular reports and market summaries to support project planning, marketing, and business development.
• Track competitor activity and share relevant insights with the City Lead and cross-functional teams.

2. Project-Level Tracking & Strategy

• Maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics across all city projects – sales, leads, visits, and conversions.
• Ensure adherence to internal systems and processes by all relevant teams.
• Use insights to support creation and refinement of project-level strategies – pricing, marketing, positioning, etc.

3. Internal Data & City Operations Strategy

• Work with internal data from sales, marketing, CRM, and other teams to identify patterns and gaps.
• Assist the City Lead in creating strategic inputs for operational efficiency and growth.
• Help build and maintain performance trackers, business review decks, and team-wise performance reports.

4. Tech Implementation & Coordination

• Act as the

  Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

  for all tech and AI-related initiatives at the city level.
• Coordinate with the central tech team and on-ground teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of systems.
• Monitor and manage responses on AI-enabled platforms (e.g., central number/chatbot/CRM tools) and flag improvement areas.
• Support training and onboarding for city teams on new digital tools.

5. Ad-hoc Strategic & Operational Support

• Take on short-term assignments or deep-dive analyses across departments as needed.
• Assist with meeting preparation, cross-functional coordination, and strategic communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:

  1.5–2.5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, real estate, or tech-driven operations.

• Education:

  Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Urban Planning, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

• Skills & Traits:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Sheets, etc.).
• A tech-forward mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Clear communicator, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about real estate and city-scale growth.
