Job Description

As a Business Analyst (Operations) from the Travel Industry joining GRNconnect at the Saket office, your main responsibilities will include: - Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements for new and existing API features from various stakeholders, such as product management, operations, and external partners. - Monitoring API performance and operational metrics to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. - Performing data analysis to investigate operational issues, track API usage, and measure the impact of new features. - Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide visibility into API health, usage, and performance for both technical and business audiences. - Acting as the subject matter expert on travel industry workflows (e.g., flights, hotels, car rentals) and how they function through APIs. - Working closely with development and Quality Assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure API solutions meet business requirements.
