Job Summary:

We are looking for a sharp and analytical Business Analyst to support strategic planning, market intelligence, and business analysis initiatives across South Asia.
This role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, finance, and global teams to deliver high-impact strategic recommendations and data-backed insights.
The role offers a mix of planning, intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting to influence decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

Support strategy workstreams through cross-functional collaboration and executive-level presentations
Execute BU-wide planning processes, including market share modeling, commercial plans, and situation analysis
Conduct market, competitor, and macroeconomic intelligencedeveloping and maintaining a repository of insights
Analyze and interpret large datasets from internal dashboards, research reports, and external databases
Coordinate strategic initiatives and business planning timelines with multiple countries and stakeholders
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and well-structured reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA with 24 years of experience in Strategy/Consulting/Market Intelligence
Strong data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling skills
Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills (Power BI preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience working in a multi-country, cross-functional environment is a plus
