Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business users, process owners, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements for
BMC Helix Smart IT
and related modules.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business processes and pain points.
Analyse existing ITSM processes and recommend optimisations aligned with BMC best practices.
Prepare detailed
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
,
Functional Specifications
, and
User Stories
.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Create wireframes, workflows, and process diagrams to ensure clarity in requirements.
Support
UAT
by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with testers, and validating delivered functionalities.
Provide functional support during deployment and post-go-live phases.
Act as the primary liaison between client teams and technical delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a
Business Analyst
in ITSM projects, specifically with
BMC Helix Smart IT
.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Experience preparing BRDs, Functional Specs, and User Stories.
Familiarity with tools for creating wireframes, process flows, and documentation.
