Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in lending to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lending processes, systems, and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for analysing business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering:

  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for lending processes.

• Analysis:

  Conduct detailed analysis of lending workflows, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Documentation:

  Prepare comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.

• Solution Design:

  Work with technical teams to design and implement lending solutions that meet business needs.

• Testing:

  Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of lending systems.

• Training:

  Provide training and support to end-users on new lending systems and processes.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all lending processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Reporting:

  Generate reports and provide insights to management on lending performance and trends.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Postman, SQL, MS Office
• Good understanding of API Integration and Mobile Application
• Knowledge of lending systems and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the lending industry.
• PMP/Scrum/any similar certification is preferred
• Experience with loan origination and processing systems.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and collateral analysis.
• Experience in project management.
