Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research, and synthesizing information to propose effective business solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for assessing the current state of operations and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that the proposed future state meets customer requirements and enhances overall efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Document business processes and workflows to ensure clarity and alignment among team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience with process mapping and documentation tools. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
