Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to contribute to key decisions and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.- Develop functional specifications and system design documents.- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.- Strong understanding of system integration and data migration.- Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 ERP modules.- Knowledge of SQL and database management.- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
