Summary:The Senior Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring analytics projects align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze business requirements for data projects.

Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Create detailed documentation, including requirements, workflows, and process maps.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.

Act as a mentor to junior business analysts.- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.- Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process optimization.- Create detailed documentation including use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.- Develop and present business cases for data-driven projects.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-driven environment.

Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.
