Project Role : Business Analyst Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Must have Skills :SitecoreGood to Have Skills : Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities :Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needsDesign and implement Sitecore solutions based on the project requirementsCustomize Sitecore CMS to meet specific business needs and goalsDevelop and maintain Sitecore templates, layouts, and componentsIntegrate Sitecore with other systems and third-party applicationsOptimize Sitecore performance and troubleshoot issuesConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standardsProvide technical guid Technical Experience :Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture and componentsExperience with Sitecore CMS implementation, configuration, and administrationAbility to design and develop Sitecore templates, layouts, and componentsFamiliarity with Sitecore development best practices and standardsKnowledge of Sitecore Helix principles and guidelinesProficiency in C and NET developmentExperience with ASPNET MVC frameworkKnowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptUnderstanding Professional Attributes :Good communication skills Educational Qualification:Btech with computer scienceAdditional Info : Qualifications Btech with computer science
