Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Document and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Process Mapping & Improvement

  • Analyse existing workflows and business processes.
  • Develop process models and propose optimized solutions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend strategies to improve productivity.

Solution Development

  • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Assist in the design and validation of proposed solutions.
  • Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support decision-making.

Documentation & Communication

  • Create detailed reports, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Prepare visual aids such as flowcharts, wireframes, and process diagrams.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Project Management Support

  • Assist in project planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.

Testing & Validation

  • Define test cases and acceptance criteria for solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business needs.
  • Address issues and refine solutions based on feedback.

Skills & QualificationsEssential Skills

  • Analytical and critical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Technical Knowledge

  • Experience with software tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio.
  • Basic understanding of programming or database concepts is a plus.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA are advantageous.
