Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Management

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Define clear

  acceptance criteria

  and ensure requirement clarity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with

  Product Management, Solution Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders

  , and other stakeholders to align business strategy with execution.

Agile Planning, Execution & Reporting

• Support

  backlog preparation

  , ensuring features and user stories are ready for

  Sprint and PI planning

  .
• Track execution of features and capabilities across agile teams.
• Assist in

  capacity planning

  and proactively highlight execution risks to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain

  burn-down charts, progress reports, and execution dashboards

  .
• Ensure transparency and regular status updates to stakeholders, including

  RTE and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)

  .

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Promote and adhere to

  built-in quality practices

  across the delivery lifecycle.
• Support the preparation of

  product vision and backlogs

  .
• Mentor and guide junior team members to improve overall team productivity and delivery effectiveness.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and delivery practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience

  in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience working in

  Agile / Scrum environments

  .

Technical & Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of

  Embedded Systems, Controllers, IoT, and IIoT

  concepts.
• Exposure to

  modern web applications

  and cloud-native systems.

Tools & Methodologies

• Hands-on experience with

  Azure DevOps and/or Jira

  for requirements tracking, planning, and reporting.
• Experience with agile artifacts such as user stories, backlogs, sprint plans, and PI plans.
  

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment between business and technical teams.
