Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and can turn complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Extensive Hands on Experience on Mobile application designing and Web application designing. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements. Design wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights an validate designs. Create user journey maps, personas, and other UX artifacts. Translate research findings into design decisions that enhance the user experience. Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts. Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements. Make page navigation buttons and search fields. Ensure design consistency across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines. Work closely with front-end developers to implement designs and maintain usability. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & and Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar. • Strong understanding of interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility standards. • Experience with user research and usability testing. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Attention to detail and a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams. • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Knowledge of motion design or animation tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects). • Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS and Android) and/or web platforms.
