It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and including all processes that transform raw materials into final products.Creating the operating model for our clients including shaping the future structure of the organization including which capabilities should reside in-house or those that should be done by leveraging an ecosystem partner (determining which parts of the organization should be done at the corporate level, BU/brand or as a shared service), defining roles and responsibilities, creating performance management processes and KPIs.
