Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area for a Business Admin. The Business Admin will handle daily administrative tasks, provide customer service support, manage communication channels. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, supporting executives, managing documents and reports, and analyzing business information to improve efficiency.

What You’ll Do

✨ Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support

✨ Create and edit basic designs using Canva

✨ Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to streamline workflows

✨ Maintain accurate documentation and records

✨ Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills (Mandatory)
• Good Presentation Skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva
• Attention to details.
• Analytical Skills for business information analysis
• Experience in Administrative Assistance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
