What would you do? We are looking for an experienced eLearning Developer with 3+ years of expertise in creating advanced digital learning solutions using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and collaboration skills, a solid understanding of the eLearning development process, and experience working with various LMS platforms. Ability to quickly learn new tools is essential, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Talent Development processDevelop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.

What are we looking for? Required Skills &
Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in eLearning development using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools.Strong understanding of eLearning development processes.Experience working with various LMS platforms (e.g. Workday, Saba Cloud, Cornerstone, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom eLearning enhancements.Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other eLearning standards.Experience with graphic design or multimedia tools is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement engaging and interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other tools.Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand learning objectives and translate them into effective digital learning experiences.Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and seamless integration with LMS platforms.Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices.Maintain and update existing eLearning content based on feedback and evolving learning needs.Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and recommend innovative solutions.Support the deployment and tracking of eLearning content on LMS platforms.Document development processes and maintain version control of learning assets.
