About Intercity Bus Intercity Bus is India’s first Smart Bus service offering a standardized travel experience with amenities like: ✅ On-time guarantee (50% refund if delayed over 30 minutes) ✅ Attached clean toilet ✅ Trained driver and crew ✅ Live GPS & CCTV for safety ✅ Comfortable seating, hygiene-sealed blankets, and mineral water Position Details Designation: Bus Captain Shift: Evening & Night (6 days/week) Salary: ₹15,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives ResponsibilitiesManage passenger boarding and ensure timely reporting at the allotted point. Assist passengers to their respective seats and ensure all bus facilities are in order. Contact passengers who are running late and guide them to the boarding location. Travel with the bus during the journey and return the next day (8–14 hours travel). Maintain daily checklists and report issues to improve passenger experience. Handle spot bookings and maintain related records. Communicate with passengers during and after the journey to collect feedback and ratings. Requirements Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus. Willingness to travel daily with buses and maintain punctuality. Professional behavior with polite communication.
