Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bulk Recruiter located in Ghaziabad. The Bulk Recruiter will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The Bulk Recruiter will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates and managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
• Skills in conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
