Role Objective

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, introducing them to Primark Global’s products and services, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive- Inside Sales, located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inside sales, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes daily communication with potential and existing clients, executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and present company offerings.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM/database.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
