Our Construction company is looking for a Building Surveyor to join us on an immediate basis. You should be able to visit various property locations and conduct land surveys. Besides, you should be able to advise clients on various property schemes and designs.
You should coordinate with clients to understand their construction needs. Also, you should be able to explain the surveys as and when required. Moreover, you should develop construction timelines and ensure work completion within the assigned time and budget.
As a Building Surveyor, you should be detail-oriented and have excellent technical skills. Furthermore, you should ensure that the equipment and tools used for land measurements are in working order and handled with care.
