As a Building Surveyor at Skaf Construction, located in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in conducting building and condition surveys, evaluating project feasibility, managing contracts, and overseeing dilapidations and maintenance tasks. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and efficient task management will be essential in delivering exceptional results to our clients. The ideal candidate for this full-time, on-site position should have experience in Building Surveying and conducting Condition Surveys, along with proficiency in Feasibility Studies to assess project potential. Expertise in Contract Management, the ability to handle Dilapidations and maintenance-related tasks, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key requirements for this role. In addition to technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial for success in this role.
