Job Summary:

Building Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare

  material requisition schedules

  in advance for all upcoming finishing works.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials and prevent work delays.
• Supervise and monitor all

  finishing activities

  including tile laying, plastering, painting, carpentry, and fixture installation.
• Ensure

  100% quality compliance

  in all finishing works with a zero-defect handover goal.
• Maintain a clear line of communication with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and quality control teams.
• Track the

  next line of work requirements

  and proactively manage daily execution plans.
• Enforce adherence to design specifications, architectural drawings, and client expectations.
• Conduct regular

  quality checks and snag rectifications

  before handovers.
• Keep documentation and logs of material consumption, site progress, and quality reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum [insert years] years of hands-on experience in finishing works for high-end buildings.
• Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and finishing schedules.
