Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Building Engineer to oversee and manage the requisition of materials and ensure the seamless execution of finishing works in high-end residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of quality assurance and timely delivery of finishing items such as tiles, plaster, painting, and interior fixtures . Key Responsibilities: Plan and prepare material requisition schedules in advance for all upcoming finishing works. Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials and prevent work delays. Supervise and monitor all finishing activities including tile laying, plastering, painting, carpentry, and fixture installation. Ensure 100% quality compliance in all finishing works with a zero-defect handover goal. Maintain a clear line of communication with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and quality control teams. Track the next line of work requirements and proactively manage daily execution plans. Enforce adherence to design specifications, architectural drawings, and client expectations. Conduct regular quality checks and snag rectifications before handovers. Keep documentation and logs of material consumption, site progress, and quality reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum [insert years] years of hands-on experience in finishing works for high-end buildings.
