Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Engineer located in Gadchiroli. The Building Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day building Execution, ensuring plumbing systems function properly, carrying out maintenance and repair tasks, and managing the overall facility operations. The role also involves implementing preventive maintenance strategies to ensure the longevity and efficiency of building systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Skills in Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience and knowledge in Plumbing systems
• Competence in Facility Management (FM) and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant certifications in building engineering or related fields are a plus
• Preparation of Petty contractor Bills.
• Brick Work, flooring work & Painting work.
