Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an International Business Development professional specializing in building global partnerships. The position involves identifying and developing strategic business relationships, fostering partnerships with international healthcare institutions, and creating expansion opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, prospecting potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and contributing to the company's global business strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in building Partnerships and fostering Strategic Partnerships
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and create data-driven strategies
• Experience in Business Development or Sales with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines
• Background in international business or healthcare recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
