Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the plant at Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Your role will involve overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will be expected to drive cost efficiency initiatives and contribute to the Annual Operating Plan through analysis and recommendations for optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day financial activities of the plant ensuring seamless operations and adherence to internal processes. - Drive cost efficiency initiatives by controlling expenses, optimizing resources, and improving financial processes. - Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with company standards and statutory requirements. - Contribute actively to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by analyzing budgets vs actual spends and recommending cost optimization strategies. - Assist in compiling financial support documents required for audits, financial reporting, and management decisions.
