BU Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving Strategic Programs & initiatives, track business performance and identify improvement areas through data driven program management.
• Support leadership in business planning, reporting, and process optimization
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and all functions including finance, HR, Legal and others to help drive the business objectives.
• Help drive Client Governance by creating presentations (PPTs), reviewing data.
• Lead data analytic to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Manage team deliverables, ensuring quality and timely outcomes.

Desired Candidate

• At least 3 years of post MBA experience or 2 years experience in supporting US$ 50 Mn+ business units.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in program management or business operations. •Excellent in PowerPoint and stakeholder reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Prior exposure to business improvement initiatives is an advantage.
