Job Summary:

BTL Marketing person plans, executes, and optimizes on-the-ground and direct customer-engagement campaigns of the region such as events, promotions, sponsorships, experiential marketing, and in-store activationsto drive brand visibility, lead generation, and immediate consumer action

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement BTL marketing campaigns to promote products/services; Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for events, activations, and promotional materials.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target demographics and trends. Analyze competitor activities and recommend strategies to gain market share.

  • Event Management: Organize and manage promotional events, seminars, and workshops to engage customers & other stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of related events like RnR & Off-site etc.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers directly through various BTL channels, such as direct marketing, in-store promotions, and community activities. Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve marketing strategies.

  • Creative Development: Work with creative teams/agencies to produce promotional materials, including pamphlets, banners, and digital content. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of BTL campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools to assess effectiveness and ROI. Prepare in-depth reports summarizing campaign results, market insights, and recommendations for future initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in marketing efforts

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably within the BFSI sector.

  • Strong understanding of the BFSI landscape in India / Zone.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools like CRM systems, analytics platforms, and design applications.
