BTL Brand Activation Manager

5minutes is a Digital First omnichannel consumer startup specializing in unique products that combine the goodness of fresh bakes and vinegared exotic vegetables with essential sauces and seasonings in mouthwatering recipes. We are looking for a BTL Brand Activation Manager to join our team. As the BTL Brand Activation Manager, you will lead Business Development & Brand Activation by owning and executing all BTL marketing initiatives. This includes ensuring strong market penetration through society activations, door-to-door sales, and retail outreach. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of BTL Brand Activation Officers and Interns, focusing on scaling and improving on-ground execution. Your role will involve driving structured door-to-door sales campaigns in residential societies, building relationships with RWA members, and leveraging word-of-mouth marketing within communities. Additionally, you will identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local retailers to expand product availability and visibility in target areas. Forming and nurturing partnerships with regular society service providers like newspaper vendors, milkmen, and delivery agents will also be part of your responsibilities to amplify reach and drive consistent sales. You will be tasked with tracking team KPIs, measuring campaign outcomes, and refining strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
