We’re looking for a Voice Calling Associate to manage day-to-day communication with both customers and vendors over phone calls. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Handle inbound and outbound calls for both consumers and vendors •⁠ ⁠Respond to order-related queries, delivery issues, and general inquiries professionally •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendors to confirm supply details and resolve operational concerns •⁠ ⁠Communicate updates and issues clearly to internal teams •⁠ ⁠Maintain call logs and escalate matters when required Requirements: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Excellent spoken English is mandatory; fluency in Hindi required; Marathi is a plus Confident on phone and able to handle pressure calmly Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Must be based in Mumbai and able to work from our Ghatkopar West office Show more Show less
