No of Vacancies3Reports toTeam Leader in the BSG vertical handling Cards & PaymentsIs a Team leaderNTeam SizeGradeAVP, SM, MBusinessBSGDepartmentBSGSub-DepartmentCardsLocationAbout Business Solutions Group (BSG)Business Solutions Group in any bank plays a very vital role in designing, developing and implementing solutions which are robust, stable, efficient and scalable This Unit performs a 360 degrees role in designing solutions which are customer friendly, operationally efficient, risk conscious, cost effective and regulatory compliantThis role plays a very critical role inCards & Payments,BSG Unit to design and implement technology solutions catering to1 Processes for various lines of business viz Retail Banking & Digital Banking2 Will need to manage multiple projects on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, WhatsApp Banking, Chatbot, Garages etc3 Digital solutions around the above products and processes4 Sales, Product, Compliance and Operations units managing the above productsTo possess complete ownership of the Business Requirements/Solutions for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutionsTo prepare / review Business Requirement Document and Functionality Specifications documentsTo take complete ownership of functionality testing of relevant applicationsTo design process flow changes, in partnership with Operations and Business UnitsTo take ownership of resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systemsTo address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure complianceTo interface with Regulators/Audit/Compliance with regard to explaining the system functionalitiesQualificationsGraduation/Post Graduation with relevant project management / system implementation experience with strong domain knowledge of the underlying Business functions/processes8 to 12 years experience in the Banking / Ficial services domainRole ProficienciesFor successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:KnowledgeKnowledge of Digital Products / processes and the digital landscape pertaining to these productsKnowledge of interfaces/integrations for the relevant business processesGood understanding of relevant technology applications in the payments space viz Finacle, etcKnowledge of latest technology trends and a knowhow to apply them appropriatelySkillsStrong Project Management and execution skillsEffective Leadership skills with hands-on approach and Can-do attitudeGood written and verbal communication skillsAbilitiesAbility to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to groom the teamAbility to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goalsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to conceptualize and implement technology solutions which are stable, scalable and reliable
