Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Growth & StrategyScale and manage in-house brands by identifying key areas of improvement and growth opportunities.Develop and implement strategies to align brand needs with business objectives.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure brand success and satisfaction.Data Analysis & ReportingGenerate and analyze detailed reports using Excel and CRM tools for effective decision-making.Interpret data to provide actionable insights for scaling brand performance.SEO & Advertising InsightsUtilize knowledge of SEO and ad performance to review reports and take quick, effective actions.E-Commerce ExpertiseManage and optimize brand performance on e-commerce marketplaces.Team ManagementRecruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.Provide constructive feedback and make decisions on team composition based on performance.

Skills & Qualifications
