Key Responsibilities Brand Growth & Strategy Scale and manage in-house brands by identifying key areas of improvement and growth opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to align brand needs with business objectives. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure brand success and satisfaction. Data Analysis & Reporting Generate and analyze detailed reports using Excel and CRM tools for effective decision-making. Interpret data to provide actionable insights for scaling brand performance. SEO & Advertising Insights Utilize knowledge of SEO and ad performance to review reports and take quick, effective actions. E-Commerce Expertise Manage and optimize brand performance on e-commerce marketplaces. Team Management Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. Provide constructive feedback and make decisions on team composition based on performance. Vision & Growth Align personal growth with the companys expansion goals. Stay forward-thinking and contribute to long-term business success. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, preferably with in-house brands. Strong expertise in Excel and CRM tools for reporting and data interpretation. Knowledge of SEO and ad performance analytics. Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces.
